David Selva, born and raised in the paradisiacal island of Cozumel, World Famous Diving Spot, his first years in business involved Computer Technology, Network Telecommunications, Internet and Graphic Design, after traveling through America and Europe he decided to come back to his homeland residing in Playa Del Carmen, The Vision of the growth in the area moved him into serving as a Resort Vacation Ownership Consultant, including a Million Dollar Admiral Yacht Club membership, after more than a year in the Vacation Ownership Industry he then moved into Marketing and Resort Real Estate Sales with the vision to provide investors and families a portafolio of Top Quality Developements that include amenities of a luxury hotel, endless activities, state of the art fitness centers, eco-friendly construction, championship golf courses, spa like comforts, and of course an appreciating investment with optional management and rental programs.

David speaks Spanish, English and Italian, he loves to travel and make new friends everywhere he goes, he is very enthusiastic and is constantly seeking new opportunities to help investors and families find those properties that are safe, have the highest quality and provide future benefits

David Selva lives in Playa Del Carmen and is very close to his loving family with both parents, four siblings and niece and a nephew all living in Cozumel Island, He is very active in community and local affairs specially his local Church where he enjoys spending time with his “second family” He credits all his success to his faith and God.
